I am Deborah Akers, Visiting Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Miami University . This homepage is designed to provide information about the courses I am teaching as well as give an idea about my background and interests. It is intended for students who are taking my classes or visitors who want to learn more about a Miami anthropology faculty member.
